Bartholemew (Bartley) Walsh 2717039

I received this email

Dear Tim,
Further to a message which I posted on your wonderfully informative site (message 183) I will try once again to forward as attachments two photos which show a group from Pirbright in 1932.  My father, 2717039 Bartley Walsh is the chap wearing the cape and trilby (but what on earth is going on!)  In the second photograph he appears second from the left in the centre rank.  Should anyone know any of the other lads, or want copies I would be pleased to assist.  Many thanks.

Bart Has been in contact again. He writes:

Hello,
Some time now since I contacted you re: my father Bartly Walsh (pre war 1st Battn) and thank you so much for putting the photos on the pages.  We left some of his memorabilia at the guards museum some time ago and collected them again.  There was, however, the attached photo among the papers although it has nothing to do with him.  It might be of interest to someone and I could send the original if requested.  Keep up the excellent work.
