| I'm the editor of the Cyprus section of the Britain's Small Wars website: www.britains-smallwars.com One of the Cyprus section's features is an Honor Roll that lists the names of all British military personnel who died in Cyprus during the 1955-59 EOKA conflict. As far as I know the Irish Guards suffered only one fatality. He was: CONWAY, Patrick J Gdsm 23495280 Date of death: 30-10-1958 Although I have searched high and low to find out how he died, I've failed and now I wonder if you can help, please? Apart from the BSW site, I'm also involved with the building of a permanent memorial to the fallen in Kyrenia, which will be unveiled on Remembrance Sunday this year. My colleagues and I are eager to know as much as possible of those we'll be remembering, which is another reason to find out more about Gdsm Conway. Any help given will be gratefully received.
