I'm the editor of the Cyprus section of the Britain's Small Wars website: www.britains-smallwars.com One of the Cyprus section's features is an Honor Roll that lists the names of all British military personnel who died in Cyprus during the 1955-59 EOKA conflict. As far as I know the Irish Guards suffered only one fatality. He was: CONWAY, Patrick J Gdsm  23495280  Date of death: 30-10-1958 Although I have searched high and low to find out how he died, I've failed and now I wonder if you can help, please? Apart from the BSW site, I'm also involved with the building of a permanent memorial to the fallen in Kyrenia, which will be unveiled on Remembrance Sunday this year.  My colleagues and I are eager to know as much as possible of those we'll be remembering, which is another reason to find out more about Gdsm Conway.
