Dear Ivor,

I`m just learning how to use a computer and scanner, and hopefully you have recieved some photographs of my time in "The Micks".   I spent two and a half years in 2 Coy,
6 Platoon, and then six and a half years in the Signal Platoon.

The large group photo is of the signal platoon in West Germany on Excercise after winning the Euguster Trophy.  Present in the picture is Gdsm Dunphy, Sgt Ryan, L/cpl Hobbs, L/cpl Harper, L/Sgt Burge, L/Sgt Donaldson, L/cpl Birkenhead,  L/cpl Lamb, L/cpl Hughes, Gdsm MaCracken and L/cpl MaCauley.  Apologise to the names I have forgotten.

The picture of the two L/sgt`s in Mess Dress is of my then good mucker Mick"hogies head" Hogan, and Kev Fletcher.

The picture of "pirates" is of a great night the Living In members had in the Sgt`s Mess in Chelsea Barracks, where we had a Pirates Night, and I don`t think many remembered much the following morning. In the photo is ?, Kylo Hughes, Warran Moore, Dave Hobbs, Mick Hogan and  ? Dyer.

David adds "What a great Site, I'm on it every day and it brings back great memories, makes me wish I never left !  Great times, and I`ll never forget them" .
