My name is Victoria and I'm trying to find some information on my uncle, my mothers brother, a HENRY BRACEGIRDLE 2724349 also known as Harry, He served in the Irish Guards in the 3rd Battalion, he was one of those who conducted the attack on the bridge over the Meuse Escaut Canal at De Groote Barrier, he died on 30/09/1944 aged only 18. He now lies in the Bergen op zoom, grave number 25.A.6

I found  most of this information over the internet, and would like to find out more about him and how he died, or anyone that knew him or served with him. My mother has only one picture of her little brother and would love to see any more of Harry with the 3rd battalion. If anyone could supply even a tiny detail about my Uncle I would be most grateful,
