Spot The Mick

   

This photo was taken at the 2004 Manchester Tattoo. 
The guy kneeling down at the front is an ex-Mick from Northern Ireland.
He was at the Tattoo as part of the the re-enactment contingent. 
I don't know his name and I,m wondering if you put it on your site someone may recognise him. Regards John Hyland
