Re: 2725029 Sgt Frederick Taylor

I recently lost my father who served 22 years in the Irish Guards from 1944 to 1966
His name is Frederick Taylor and he was a Sergeant.
I am very proud of him and would like to see if anyone remembers him.
I have given most of his photographs to the Guards Museum.

The photographs below will be of interest to those who served with him, and I would be grateful for any memories you have of him.

At my Dad's funeral both piper and standard bearer knew him , a fitting tribute to a man who I am so proud. And when I took his photos to the museum the curator knew him and was on one of the photos. I have copies of all the photos ,they are great, especially his sporting ones.
