Seamus Morris
Remember Seamus Morris ?
I'm writing on behalf of my Dad who was in the Irish Guards during the second world war.  Here are his details:
Seamus Morris (born 1924 Ballinrobe Co Mayo)
Gdsn 2723728 1943 - 1948.  He would love to hear from anyone in his squadron.  He particularly mentioned Willie Shaw to me. Look forward to hearing from you if you have any info.
Thanks

Son, Eamon, has since written :
Just thought you might like to know that I now know the names of the other
two people in the picture with my dad. they are Stan Bechta [left top in
borrowed uniform]  he was a tail gunner in a flying fortress and was shot
down behind enemy lines .  The other  person is Seargeant Tom Gannon.

Incidently there is a film of their liberation and other film of the Irish
guards on www.movietone.com
It's simple and free to register and you can download the clip to view
